SEC and SCAD Unveil New Help Desk to Support Businesses in Clark Freeport Zone

The Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) Tarlac Extension Office, in collaboration with the Subic-Clark Alliance for Development (SCAD), has officially launched the SCAD-SEC Help Desk at the Clark Freeport Zone. This strategic initiative is designed to provide comprehensive regulatory assistance to locators and businesses operating within the Subic-Clark area, marking a significant step towards improving corporate services in the region.

Enhancing Regulatory Access and Efficiency

The newly established help desk aims to offer an expanded and more convenient channel for delivering essential regulatory services across the Subic-Clark corridor. It will specifically cater to locators by addressing SEC registrations, compliance requirements, and various corporate regulatory concerns, thereby simplifying the process for businesses to adhere to legal standards.

Richard Laus, Director of the SEC Tarlac Extension Office, emphasized the importance of this partnership, stating, "The SCAD-SEC Help Desk brings SEC services closer to businesses in the Subic-Clark corridor, making it easier for corporations to comply with regulatory requirements and access timely assistance. Through this collaboration with SCAD, we aim to enhance efficiency, strengthen investor confidence, and support the continued growth of businesses in the region."
