Rico Elao, a graduate of Cebu Technological University (CTU) - Main, emerged as the top performer nationwide, achieving an impressive score of 94.10 percent. His accomplishment sets a high benchmark for future examinees and underscores the quality of engineering education at CTU.
Additional High-Ranking Graduates
Three other graduates from Cebu-based schools tied for sixth place, each scoring 91.75 percent. These individuals are:
