It is hard to guess her motive for repeatedly asking you for back rubs and massages. Maybe she feels too comfortable because you are her husband's nephew. But frankly, she should not be doing this because you are not blood-related to her. It could also be a temptation, especially since your uncle is always traveling.
Avoid being tempted as much as you can. If your budget allows, find another place to live because you might lose control and give in to her, especially if her goal is to tempt you. That would be a huge problem, and if exposed, it would be a big scandal.
