Arrest Details
The Lanao del Norte Police Provincial Office (LDNPPO) withheld the suspect's identity, revealing only that he is 63 years old and resides in Purok 2, Libertad village, Kolambugan. The arrest took place on Saturday, May 16, around 12:50 p.m. in Purok 3, Dalama village, Tubod, Lanao del Norte, through a warrant of arrest.
Charges and Bail
The fugitive faces two counts of Lascivious Conduct, with warrants issued by a court in Tubod on April 30, 2026. The court set bail at P108,000 for each count. The charges fall under the "Special Protection of Children Against Abuse, Exploitation, and Discrimination Act."
Police Custody
