The Angeles City local government unit has officially inaugurated a series of PhilHealth-accredited clinics within the Rafael Lazatin Memorial Medical Center on March 4, 2026. The newly inaugurated facilities include several specialized clinics designed to address diverse medical needs:

- Rheumatic Fever–Rheumatic Heart Disease Clinic: Under the leadership of Dr. Gerard Razon and Dr. Melody Franco, this clinic offers specialized cardiovascular care for patients with rheumatic conditions.
- Yaman ng Kalusugan Program (YAKAP) Provider Public Health Unit: Managed by Dr. Ricky Gutierrez, this unit focuses on preventive and primary healthcare initiatives throughout the community.
- Level III-Accredited Family and Community Medicine Department: Led by Dr. Nicias Mendoza, this department has achieved the highest PhilHealth accreditation level, ensuring quality family and community medical services.
