ZAMBOANGA. On April 29, 2026, the 1103rd Infantry "Kalis" Brigade under the 11th Infantry "Alakdan" Division of the Philippine Army conducted a Peace and Order Consultation in Barangay Maligay, Patikul, Sulu. The event was held in collaboration with the 35th Infantry "Makamandag" Battalion and the Barangay Local Government Unit (BLGU).
Strengthening Military-Community Ties
The primary goal of the consultation was to enhance coordination between the military and local residents. It provided a platform for addressing peace and security issues while fostering a unified strategy for sustainable development in the area. Through open dialogue, community members and local leaders were able to voice their concerns and share insights, working together with security forces to maintain stability.
