Lacson Downplays Rebellion Fears

The statement came after Senate President Pro Tempore Panfilo Lacson downplayed concerns about a possible rebellion allegedly involving elements within the military. Lacson acknowledged reports that some groups, reportedly composed of retired military officers, have attempted to recruit active military personnel.
