Three iconic Iloilo establishments have been selected to represent the city's rich culinary traditions at the International Gastronomy Promenade, located at the Roman Amphitheatre Square and Legend Boulevard of Macau Fisherman's Wharf. These beloved local favorites include:
- Kap Ising's Pancit Molo, renowned for its savory dumpling soup that has delighted generations of Ilonggos.
- Netong's La Paz Batchoy, famous for its hearty noodle dish that embodies the soul of Iloilo street food culture.
- Sunbursts Balay Tablea, celebrated for its artisanal chocolate products made from locally sourced cacao beans.
