Pampanga Police Nab Six in Coordinated Anti-Crime Operations

In a significant crackdown on criminal activities, the Pampanga Police Provincial Office (PPO) announced the arrest of six individuals during a series of operations conducted on Thursday, February 26, 2026. The coordinated efforts involved multiple police stations and agencies, targeting drug trafficking and wanted persons across the province.

High-Value Drug Suspect Apprehended in San Fernando

A joint buy-bust operation by the City of San Fernando Police Station and the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) Pampanga resulted in the arrest of a 42-year-old man, identified as a high-value individual and alleged leader of a criminal group. Authorities confiscated five grams of suspected shabu, with an estimated street value of P34,000, from the suspect during the operation.

Additional Drug Arrests in Porac and Macabebe

Simultaneously, operatives from the Porac Municipal Police Station detained two individuals involved in drug-related activities. The police seized approximately three grams of suspected shabu, valued at P20,400, from the suspects. In a separate incident, the Macabebe Municipal Police Station arrested another individual who was found in possession of 1.4 grams of shabu, worth P9,520.

Manhunt Operations Yield Arrests of Wanted Persons

Further expanding the scope of their campaign, the Lubao Municipal Police Station and the City of San Fernando Police Station conducted manhunt operations that led to the arrest of two wanted persons. One suspect is facing charges for violation of Batas Pambansa Blg. 22, commonly known as the Bouncing Checks Law, while the other is wanted for slight physical injuries.

Colonel Eugene M. Marcelo, director of the Pampanga PPO, emphasized the office's unwavering commitment to maintaining peace and order in the province. "Clearly, no one is above the law. We assure the public, and even those who attempt to undermine peace and order, the Pampanga PPO will continue to uphold firm law enforcement, anchored on integrity, credibility, and accountability," he stated. The operations underscore the police's intensified campaign against all forms of criminality, reinforcing their dedication to community safety.
