The Bulacan provincial police reported that the suspects, including the victim's biological father, were apprehended within 48 hours after the discovery of the body. Responding officers confirmed that the victim was a 16-year-old girl who had been reported missing since April 11, 2026. Authorities noted that the father had earlier reported her disappearance.
Investigation and Charges
Based on witness accounts, police conducted a hot pursuit operation leading to the arrest of the four individuals. The suspects have been charged with rape with homicide before the Provincial Prosecutor's Office in Malolos City.
