- Department of Foreign Affairs - Office of Consular Affairs in Parañaque City and Commission on Filipinos Overseas in Pasay City maintain operations from Tuesdays through Thursdays.
- Philippine Red Cross - Manila Chapter in Manila City, Department of Migrant Workers in Mandaluyong City, and BDO - UN Avenue in Manila City are open from Tuesdays to Fridays.

On Tuesday, the Comelec-Ofov announced a substantial achievement in the overseas voter registration process. The Resident Election Registration Board in the Philippines approved more than 2,000 applications submitted through various Local Field Registration Centers across the country.
The RERB approved a total of 2,358 applications covering registration, certification, reactivation, correction of entries, change of address, recapture, transfer, and multiple applications filed between December 1, 2025 and March 31, 2026, stated the Comelec-Ofov in their official announcement.
