Since the incident, Anunoby has not returned to play, but the Knicks managed to sweep the 76ers 4-0 to advance to the Eastern Conference finals, where they will face the Cleveland Cavaliers. Anunoby commented on his condition, saying, "It didn't feel as bad as the past when it happened. So knowing that, just trying to improve it day by day."
